How do I shop on SHREE?

Just explore our collection, select your size, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Once you’ve added everything you love, proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method — including COD.

 

I tried placing an order, but it didn’t work. What now?

We’re here to help! Drop us an email at support@byshree.com with your contact details and a short note on what went wrong. You can also call or WhatsApp us at +91-7827990062, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM.

 

How will I know my order is confirmed?

A confirmation SMS will be sent once your order is successfully placed. If you don’t receive it within an hour, please contact our team.

 

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! At checkout, just use the recipient’s address for shipping. We’ll take care of the rest.

 

Do you accept international orders? How does shipping work?
Yes, we do accept international orders. For purchases to international addresses, please contact our support team at support@byshree.com for assistance with placing your order.

 

What are the shipping charges for orders?
For domestic orders within India, shipping is free on purchases above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee may apply at checkout.

For international orders, shipping charges are applicable and vary based on the destination country and order weight. To get exact shipping rates for international deliveries, please contact our support team at support@byshree.com.

Send a screenshot of the issue to support@byshree.com, and we’ll help reactivate it.

 

🚚 Order Tracking & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS. You can also track it using your AWB or order number on our Track Order page: https://shreelifestyle.shiprocket.co/tracking/.

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Email us at: support@byshree.com or WhatsApp us at: 7827990062 with your order ID and reason for cancellation early as possible.

 

Is it possible to update my address after placing an order?

Yes, but it must be done within 24 hours. Email us on: support@byshree.com or WhatsApp us at: 7827990062 with your order ID and correct address.

 

Can I choose my delivery date or time?

We don’t offer time-slot deliveries yet, but email us within 24 hours and we’ll try to accommodate special delivery requests.

 

My order says “RTO.” What does that mean?

“Return to Origin” happens when a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or service limitations. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

How can I return a product?

You can email your return request along with your order ID to support@byshree.com. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91-7827990062 with your order ID and the reason for the return.

 

How many exchanges can I make on an item?

We offer a one-time exchange per item, subject to availability and quality check.

 

Do you offer in-store exchanges?

No, all returns and exchanges must go through our warehouse process. If your requested size is available, we’ll send it. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.

 

💳 Payments & Refunds

What payment options are available?

You can pay using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and COD.

 

Is it safe to make payments on SHREE?

Absolutely. Our payment gateway uses encryption and secure servers to keep your information safe.

 

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, share your bank details (account holder name, account number, IFSC) with us via email.

 

How long will my refund take?

Once the returned item clears our quality check, refunds take around 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

 

How do I check my refund status?

Just drop us an email with your order ID, and we’ll share the latest update.

Why is an item “out of stock”?

It means we're permanently sold out, and the item will not be restocked. However, if you're really interested in the product, feel free to contact our team at 7827990062, and we’ll try to assist you further.

 

Are online and in-store prices the same?

Generally, yes. But sometimes exclusive offers may apply only online or in-store.
