OVERVIEW
The Shree Parivar membership entitles you benefits including earning points on shopping, earning points on completed survey and feedback submission. Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the time of earning. The membership is non-transferable and is linked to your registered mobile number.
Membership privileges cannot be exchanged for cash. Use of the Registered Mobile Number constitutes your acceptance of the terms & conditions of the Shree Parivar program as prescribed or amended from time to time by SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD. The decision of the company shall be final and binding. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Court only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions for the Shree Parivar program carefully. By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, do not participate in this program.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions or Terms & Conditions”) apply to your access to, and participation in, the Shree Parivar program (“Shree Parivar Program or Shree – The Indian Avatar Loyalty program”) which is operated by SHR Lifestyle Private Limited (also known as "SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD or Shree Lifestyle or Company"),. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD for products, services or otherwise. SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Shree Parivar program and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Shree Parivar program at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to https://byshree.com/shreeparivar and due to such changes or modifications your rights will be waived, which you may have been entitled to receive. Your participation in the Shree Parivar program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies from time to time to understand the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Shree Parivar program. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must stop participating in the Shree Parivar program.
The Shree Parivar program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are below the age 18, you may only use the Shree Parivar program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Shree Parivar program is one way in which SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD products at participating Shree –The Indian Avatar Retail Stores in India. To enrol in the Shree Parivar program and receive program benefits, provide your mobile number at the stores. The mobile number shall be your Membership Id for the Shree Parivar Program. The enrolment process may require that you provide the following information using the online registration form: a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number (required in order to receive all eligible rewards), an email ID, first name, last name, gender, address, birthday and anniversary date, etc. You can also enrol at a participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores by giving your mobile number at the time of transacting. The store staff will ask you for your mobile number and reconfirm if you would like to join the program. If you choose to Opt-out of the program, the store staff will unsubscribe you from the program. Once enrolled in the program you become a Member of the program.
The customer expressly warrants that the mobile number given by the Member is the Member’s valid Indian mobile number issued specifically to the Member by an Indian Mobile Services Provider. Further, the Member represents and warrants that the mobile number provided by the Member to Shree Lifestyle for the program is Member’s own, valid and existing mobile number.
A customer visiting the store and agreeing to enrol for the Program (“Member”) shall provide the store personnel with a valid Indian mobile number to complete the enrolment formalities. The Member should note that the mobile number so provided will be the registered with the program and all future transactions of accumulation of points will be on the basis of the registered mobile number. The Member confirms that by enrolling for the Program, it is construed that each Member has read and understood the Terms and Conditions and has accepted and agreed to unconditionally abide by the same.
Upon enrolment, customers agree to receive communication from Shree Parivar program about their transactions and/or any promotions from Shree Lifestyle. All special offers, updates and account activity details will be communicated to the Member through SMS (on the mobile number registered with the Shree Parivar program), direct mail and/or email and/or any other digital medium. The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for any loss, delay, incorrect or incomplete communication.
The Shree Parivar benefits are determined based on the amount you spend at a participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India and the number of "Points" that you earn through your spending at a participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores by using your registered mobile number. A "Point" for purposes of the Shree Parivar program, holds the value of one Indian Rupee worth of spends at the time of redemption at a participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India, on the Shree Lifestyle website online or at participating experiences and events. No "Points" will be rewarded for purchases made with a registered Shree Lifestyle card in any Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores outside India.
The Shree Parivar Program Benefits
By providing a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number at the time of a transaction at a participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India, you will be enrolled in the Shree Parivar program.
For each qualified purchase, you will receive Points at the rates presented in the Exhibit, at any participating Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India, except during limited time promotions when Shree may offer "Bonus Points" on featured products and/or services. Points are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value.

Please note that "Points" accumulated for each bill will only be valid for 12 months from the date of Issuance. For example: You shopped for Rs. 2,000 and enrolled for Shree Parivar by participating at Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India on 2nd January 2019 by giving your mobile number at the time of the transaction. 20 points will be credited to your account. These 20 points will be valid from 2nd January 2021 until 1st January 2022. On 2nd January 2020, these 20 Points will expire and you will no longer be able to use them. Points earned after the 2nd of January 2021, will still be valid until they reach their own 12 month expiry date.
In case you have been a Shree retail customer prior to the launch of the Shree Parivar program then the benefits of the Shree Parivar program will be available to you from the day the program has launched.
All rewards expire at midnight (at 00:00 hrs Indian Standard Time) on the date of expiry of the reward.
You will earn points at the rate of 1% for all transactions. This means that for every Rs. 100 you spend by a participating at Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores, you will earn 1 point. You will have access to the following benefits:
- Redeeming points for discounts: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed by participating at Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores in India.
- Redeeming points for experiences: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed against specially curated experiences that are brought to you by Shree.
- Redeeming Coupons: Coupons can be redeemed at any time before expiry under the following restrictions
- Only one coupon can be redeemed on one bill
- There will be a gap of one day between issuance and redemptions for coupons associated with a single phone number
- Personalized offers and coupons: Special offers may be circulated to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email, contact number and postal address in order to receive your special offers. Special offers are a part of a personal marketing program and offers may be customized based on purchase behaviours and preferences. Special offers may include periodic discounts, bonus points on purchase etc. Special offers may have certain restrictions including expiry dates and short time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. You may be required to present your registered Mobile Number to the store partner in order to redeem special offers. Read each offer carefully for specific details, limitations and restrictions.
- Invitations to Sale preview events: Shree may invite you to previews for special Sale events that are planned at specific stores at certain times of the year. The invitation will be sent to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email and contact number in order to receive your invitations. Any travel undertaken by you to the Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores to view the sale preview events shall be solely done by you and any costs and expenses for such travel to the Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores shall be solely borne by you and Shree shall not be held liable or responsible for such costs/expenses.
- Invitations to collection launch events: Shree may invite you to previews for collection launch events that are planned at specific stores at certain times of the year. The invitation will be sent to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email and contact number in order to receive your invitations. Any travel undertaken by you to the Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores to view the collection launch events shall be solely done by you and any costs and expenses for such travel to the Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Stores shall be solely borne by you and Shree shall not be held liable or responsible for such costs/expenses.
Terms & Conditions for shopping
- Participating at Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Storess include all company owned and franchise stores in India, At these stores, both earning and redemption of points is possible.
- Most Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Storess are online at all times and crediting of accrued points from these stores will be done within 48 hours of purchase. However, in case of stores which are offline or have intermittent connection issues, the points will be credited once the connection is re-established. In the case where a manual bill is given to the customer, as long as the customer’s mobile number is registered on the bill, the points will be credited to their account once the invoice is synced into the system. This will incur a delay of up to a few days. SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD will not be held responsible for any delay in the crediting of the Reward Points to the Member’s account.
- When a store is working on Manual Billing mode, there will be no redemption of points. Any bills that are created on manual bill books will not allow for point redemption against them.
- Your points are valid for a period of 1 years (12 months) on a rolling basis. This means that the points that were earned 12 months ago will expire, but the ones that have been earned after that, will remain valid until they reach their 12-month expiry. However, from time to time, Shree may run tactical campaigns where the points expire over different periods. Please follow the campaigns for specific detail to each bonus point issuance.
- Points are earned on transactions that involve all items. If your overall bill receives a discount from the cashier at the time of billing, then that entire bill and all the items in it will not be eligible for Point accrual.
- Eligible online transactions must have a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number associated with them at the time of transaction completion.
- Points can be used to pay for any transaction that is pre-paid i.e. paid for via any method other than Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery transactions cannot be completed via using Points.
Terms & Conditions for Non-shopping Earns
- Points may be earned through various actions on the part of the member. These actions are determined, started and stopped by Shree at select Shree - The Indian Avatar Exclusive Retail Storess, at the sole discretion of SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD. They may be stopped or removed from the Shree Parivar program at any point of time, without prior notice to you.
- Points earned on any of these methods will be credited to your account within 72 hours post completing the action. If they are not credited within this time, please get in touch with us at (+ 91) 7827990062 or write to us at support@byshree.com with your registered mobile number mentioned.
Miscellaneous
- The Terms & Conditions mentioned herein are final and binding on the Members unless rescinded or revoked by Shree. The Company has the right to change, modify, alter and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
- Without notice to you, SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD reserves the right to suspend any Shree Parivar membership and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in the Shree Parivar program. SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your participating if SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, i.e. you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. In the event that your participation in the Shree Parivar program is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
- Without notice to you, SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD reserves the right to change the value assigned to each ‘Point’ earned within the program.
- Without notice to you, SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the Shree Parivar program any account that has been inactive for five (5) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no spends made against the registered mobile number. In the event that your Shree Parivar account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated points in your account are void.
- There is no membership fee associated with the Shree Parivar program.
- Points accumulated under the program have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash.
- SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD may introduce promotion programs relating to the Shree Parivar program whereby these Terms and Conditions may be varied as applicable to such programs. Your Points, benefits, registered Shree Card, and your account under the Shree Parivar program are personal to you, and except expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions or the rules of a promotional programme, may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.
- You authorize SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD to disclose your information registered on our site https://byshree.com/ to Government authorities or to competent authorities or to credit bureaus or to the third persons, to comply with its obligations under law. Further, you also authorize SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD to use your information for offering products and services to you, including from its associate /partners, unless specified otherwise.
- SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD will not be responsible for any loss of Rewards or points due to loss or misuse of the member’s mobile number or any other personal property.
- You are solely responsible to check that your points balance and transactions have been properly credited to your account. No request for retrospective credit of points will be entertained unless otherwise specified.
- All disputes in connection with the Shree Parivar program shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Delhi only.

Other product or company names referred to on the Sites may be trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use any trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin of the Company, SHR Lifestyle Private Limited or any third party without permission from the owner of the applicable trademark, service mark, domain name, logo, company name, trade name or indicia of origin. You may contact the Company by sending an e-mail to Customer Care or writing to Customer Care or writing to Shree Lifestyle Private Limited, Customer Care, KH No - 76 min, Village Kapashera, Near Sarovar Portico, Bijwasan Road, New Delhi – 110037 to request written permission to use trademarks, indicia of origin and materials on the Sites for purposes other than stated in these Terms of Use or for all other questions relating to the Sites.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
- Any Customer’s Personal Data provided by Customer to SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD in connection with the Shree Parivar program shall be kept confidential except to any activities mentioned thereto. SHR LIFESTYLES PVT LTD shall take all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage or destruction of Customer Personal Data.
